Opting for a smaller wedding ceremony consisting of close family and friends, Miranda and Ian certainly felt the benefits of cutting costs and stress when it came to planning their big day. With a dreamy historic venue, a white and gold color palette, and a breathtaking display of florals, the couple curated an intimate and romantic atmosphere for their Moonstone Manor ceremony.

Wanting a photographer to capture the romance of the day, Ashley Green did not disappoint. From the small details to the most intimate moments, Ashely managed to capture the true essence of the day. But don’t take my word for it… just keep scrolling and see the magic for yourself.

Moonstone Manor was an easy choice for the couple. Wanting to keep the wedding small and budget friendly, Miranda and Ian were impressed with the many ceremony options the Central Pennsylvania venue had to offer and found the prices on their elopement packages to be unmatched.

A sucker for “creating those core memories”, Miranda’s favorite part of the day was the couple’s first look. They decided to do this privately on the front lawn of the gorgeous 1742 Manor House (with Ashley Green capturing the perfect candid shots).

The couple’s family and friends were more than willing to help make their day possible by putting together and setting up decorations. In fact, the Maid of Honor, Melissa (@melissarae_events) can be credited for the spectacular floral displays and arrangements. According to Ian, “She blew both Miranda and I away, which in the end isn’t surprising. She always kills it.”

The couple visited the venue for the first time in the middle of winter. According to Ian, even walking the grounds during that time they could tell Moonstone Manor would light up in time for their June wedding. And they were so right.

One of Ian’s favorite things about their wedding day was how simple they made it. Because they chose to keep it small and intimate, they really got to focus on their day and keeping it about each other.
